This book includes a lot of information about how scientists used the discovered ice man to find out things about his life. It includes many pictures of the excavation site and a map pointing out where Otzi was found. 

This book discusses what archeology is and why it is important. It has a specific chapter on page 30 which explains how ancient artifacts can be preserved by ice. It also has a specific chapter on page 42 which explains human remains and specifically refers to the ice man. 

This book describes what a mummy is and how a natural mummy, like the ice man, is preserved on accident. It has an entire chapter on the ice man on page 56. It gives detail about how the scientists use the discovery of the “ice mummy” to find out who he was and how he died.

This book has a specific chapter for the ice man. It is written like a story using specific details about what the ice man was doing up until his death. It then gives information about how the body remained preserved and how scientists did when they discovered him. 

Each chapter answers a different question about prehistoric people. Includes a specific section regarding the ice man on page 25. Also includes a detailed timeline about prehistoric people based on location. 

This is a children's book about an orphaned girl who goes to live in the Alps with her Grandfather and all of the adventures she goes on.
